Unfortunately there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Our products are extremely fragile and packed well, so for any reason the products are damaged in transit please contact us via email info@chefjeffcatering.com we will assist you with great pleasure!
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use UPS shipping.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Unfortunately we cannot ship worldwide because our products are perishable and time sensitive so please check the map to see where we ship. 1-2 Day areas is where we ship to.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUPS/DROP OFF ?
No, All orders will be shipped via UPS.
